First off, I would like to introduce myself, My name is Kent Mitchell and I am currently living in Rochester NY.



I am a masters student at RIT working towards a masters in Environmental Health and Occupational Safety. With luck I will be done sometime next spring. I am currently planning on writing my thesis on pesticide use in the US compared to the EU. Really exiting stuff, eh? Bet you can't wait for the movie. Well, I do do some interesting things. I have an undergrad degree in television/film with a minor in theatre and almost completed a BA in environmental studies. I have a few hobbies, such as playing guitar and bass, drumming for bellydancers (it's own reward), and sword fighting. I do this in a group called the SCA (society for creative anachronism), and at one point was in the top 15 rapier fighters in the world (in our group), ah well, school and work has claimed that prize. I also work at Lori's Natural Foods, in the produce department. Ok, on to more interesting things....

I was born in Texas and gleefuly have never been back, otherwise I have traveled around a bit. Dad was in the navy, then with Delta airlines so I got to know a lot of the US and a little of Japan. Usually when asked where I was from, I responded 'earth', the usuall response was 'which part', but being a glib college twit I would respond 'the top part'... I got better...















Otherwise I love to travel, and am looking to keep on adding to the list of countries I have been to, beside the easy Canada and Mexico, I have hit Tanzania, England, Ireland, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, Hungry, Germany, Denmark, Holland, France, the Azores and Portugal. So far...

	Before the hair cut... My alter ego... Well, here I am before the haircut dressed in some of my cloths as my alter ego Eric Kyl McGuinniss, a rather misunderstood Irish lad just trying to make his way in the rough world in the late 1500's.
